When and why did you engage with Buroserv?
Our founders Jim and Ant had a previous relationship with John & Lakshman via Unitel from 2004. As soon as they started Buroserv in 2009, we jumped at the chance to put their business with them direct. I feel we are on this journey together; we are a loyal client & the guys are legitimate business owners.
What challenges were you facing and how did Buroserv help overcome them?
The telco world presents some really challenging situations where you need a number of key people to nut out the problem & find a solution quickly.
We see some terrible behind the scenes situations created by the carrier giants, & we mop up the mess to save our clients numbers or data from being disconnected & to reduce downtime.
The forced ISDN shutdown – One of the top 4 worst business experiences in my 15 years trading.
I have to say 5 Buroserv staff helped in ways I will always be thankful for helping me get through the terrible situation we were presented with only 5 weeks’ notice to save our clients numbers & build new phone systems. The 5 people that helped most when I needed you were Dhirendra, John Green, Amir, Dean, Phill & we got a desired result I doubt other telcos could have. This was as bad as I have ever seen it.
I had a client with a very random inbound issue in Salt Lake City for the end user in Texas. It took 3 people at Buro to implement a bypass of the Salt lake City USA carrier & as a result we won the IVR build for Virgin Velocity to validate credit cards. Thanks Buroserv

Any reseller with Buro will have a standard rate pack but if you have a deal you want to win chat with your AM, let them take it to the powers that be & it’s likely they can come to the party for a special rate to help you win a deal. Buro are flexible unlike any other wholesaler & we deal with a lot of other providers for different reasons. Buro are the best.
What are some of the highlights of working with Buroserv?
