Our NBN complete service is designed to deliver fast and    reliable connectivity with uncontended access, supporting consistent performance for day-to-day business operations.  A static IP address is included to facilitate secure access for accounting, banking, and remote systems. The service also includes an integrated voice solution with calls to standard local, national, mobile, and 13/1300 numbers included, subject to fair use, service terms, and network conditions. For added resilience, an optional mobile broadband backup service is available to help maintain connectivity during an NBN outage. Mobile backup performance, speeds, and availability depend on network coverage, location, signal strength, and other factors. Mobile services are not available in all areas—please refer to the relevant carrier coverage map to confirm availability.
